“I want to briefly recognize one of the employees in the donations warehouse area. They work extremely hard and every time I have visited I have noticed how consistently hard and helpful he is not only to me but to others. It is a young gentlemen who wears a pair of sunglasses, and I think has a nose ring if I remember. Always helping me and other customers. With lifting and carrying items, and just providing great service and keeping everything moving even when everything is really busy. Their work ethic really stands out!! Because that role is such demanding I do often see him all by himself sometimes on a very busy day constantly helping donors, unloading items in and of warehouse, and keeping things moving without really much of a chance without slowing down which I rarely ever see him stop. I seriously hope management is taking that into consideration and continues looking for ways to support employees in those positions. Someone who is constantly moving would definitely benefit from occasional opportunities to rest and catch a break. Taking care of hardworking employees helps them stay energized and continue provide great service. Employees who put in that type of effort deserve to know that there well being is value just as much and there productivity. Overall great service!”

“So I have been using this facility for at least 7 years. When I was homeless, Living in my truck in Norwood Walmart Parking lot,this was my first resource. I did ECHO intake and was on the wait-list. Throughout this time there was a "Nice Lady",( as I called her), working there. She has a caring spirit for all and genuine in her efforts to help. Today as I visited,I realized, I didn't even know her name. So as I was describing how nice a person she is,she popped up. MS. DEION, I thank you for all you do for so many. “Great store and location. Its organized the best I've ever seen in a Goodwill. Smoking hot manager blonde with beautiful eyelashes laughed at us a couple of times in the dress section. She's a keeper for sure she works hard and never stopped moving the whole time we were there. The black lady at the register recognized my mother which means my mother is in there 2ay too much. I fly back to Mexico tomorrow and today shopping with my mom at Goodwill was a great way to spend my last day here. Until next time.”

“Overall they had a great selection of items. There was no specific order to anything but searching was fun. Staff rotated the bins every hour, swept floors inbetween, toilets were clean, tables, drinks and ice cream were avaliable. Staff were polite even though people were crowding and check out was affordable and easy.”
