She confirmed my need for a replacement battery, but she went on to explain the readings and to show how old my battery was. She explained all the deals they had and wrote them down for me. I then comparison shopped and batteries plus was the best value. On my return, she even found a coupon for an even better value. My purchase and install was less than 15 minutes. “The LED lights went out on our big screen tv (70" flat screen). We could hear it but there was no picture. As you know... Football season is approaching and we couldn't afford to just run out and get another TV this size. But Simpson's was able to diagnose/repair it for way less and we paid $50 down and the rest at pick up. It took them a week because they had to order the specific lights for our TV. But now... It's good as new. Highly recommend!”
