Mike was kind enough to help me during a brief time when there were no customers in the store. In this day and age when it’s so rare to help people beyond your job, I was amazed and grateful for Mike’s help. O’Reilly- Mike is a keeper!”

“I came in earlier today for an exchange on some hubcaps. I was helped by Austin who did a fantastic job and has great customer service. He made sure that all my questions and part needs were taken care of. However, there was a younger man named Saul who really needs to be taught on what is appropriate in the work place. A majority of the time I was there, he was on his phone just sitting on the counter. When he did interact with me, he was very rude with no intention to help. He spoke very rudely to Austin when Austin was just trying to be helpful. He was also rude to another customer on the phone.”

“I just went here for windshield washer fluid. I don't normally go to auto parts stores very often. On this particular occasion there were two employees standing at the counter. One was just standing there, the other was on the phone. I had to wait there with my bottle of windshield washer fluid until the one on the phone finished the phone call before I could get rung up. Not sure what was going on with that. This is my go-to spot for taking my old oil from oil changes and they're always very friendly and good about helping when you with that dirty little task.”

“This store is by far the best auto parts store period, the reason for that is John and Hasan. These 2 guys are more then knowledgeable about what they are doing and go out of their way to be sure that every customer that walks through the door is taken care of. Its hard to find guys like this in today's world. Whoever is in charge of these guys needs to give them a pay raise yesterday before oreillys loses the best employees they have.”
