First and foremost there are some super amazing employees that work here and I interact with when I shop here which is our main grocery store. I will say I am beyond frustrated by the many many times I have bought en clearance items and now I take pictures before I even go to check out if they have a person at a register. I read the serial number and make sure the clearance items I am buying match. Every time I go to check out they are never the price it says! I have to show a worker the picture of the item and the serial # and this happens %98 percent of the time I shop and find a clearance item on a shelf. It doesn’t matter if you have typed in your Kroger card or not the clearance item will ring up as the clearance price. You don’t need to type in your number like you do for the savings and or coupons you downloaded on the app. I’m so frustrated that this Kroger is selling expired old items and I spend more time looking at the expiration dates on everything now before I make any purchases. As today I had to use the 1 check out lane with a cashier as my basket was filled. There was no bagger and no bags and I had to go find bags from another station and bag my own groceries as the line got longer behind me. This is getting ridiculous. I absolutely hate coming here now since they blocked off one of the 3 main entrances and I bank with that bank and it’s just too much. I will be cancelling my bank with first convenience and will start shopping somewhere else to avoid all this chaos here and having to really pay attention to the pricing because half the time it’s an old sale posted and as a consumer that is what I see so I buy it. Well when I get to the register it’s not that price and the rote answer is “oh they must have no changed out the sign”. Here is proof that they are selling expired items. The time on the photo doesn’t lie. I checked all the bags and yes they are all expired. This is happening throughout the store now.

The company got rid of the buffalo cauliflower bites and as an autistic person that sucks. I can’t believe they’d get rid of it. Bring it back!

The Kroger on Matlock in Arlington always seems to be out of stock of everything on the weekends whether we stop by in person or use delivery service… it’s time we switch over to H-E-B and give them a chance

KROGERS is my go-to store. It stays open till 1 a m. Has everything I need if I forget something?I'd know I got till 1 a m. to go pick it up. Thank you, krogers, for staying open after 10 PM. Some of us still like to go grocery shopping late at night and i'm one of them.

Even though the store hours says they close at 1 am I got to the store at 11:55 pm and I was met with an employee at the door telling me they close at 12 I tried to explain to the employees that it wasn’t 12 yet and I just needed a minute to grab over the counter medicine for my 2 years old baby but they didn’t care and instead one of the employees was yelling and getting hostile very unprofessional and disrespectful this happened feb.16.2025 at 11:55 pm if Kroger care to check it out.

This place is a joke. Often out of basic items like onions. You have to wait forever at the meat counter because they're either nowhere to be seen or on their phone ignoring customers. Food is often expired or about to expire.

I ordered a cake for pickup with over a weeks notice. Received an email saying that the store received my order. The day the cake was requested to be picked up, there was no cake. They said they never received it. No suggestion for what they could do for me in that moment like a simple iced cake. Just nothing they could do. I called Albertsons down the street and without hesitation they said they would get me a cake together in an hr and a half.

I won’t ever be back. I had such a terrible experience. Clerk at the multiple register section seems upset that she works there, I would be too, so can’t blame her, but geesh. Then I had to make a return, walked up to the customer service counter, 7:53am, and was greeted with “8am”. Not “hello, we’re not open yet”, just “8am”. I said ok, it’s meat that I don’t need now, that I just purchased a few minutes ago. She replied well, not until 8am. So she sat there at the computer waiting until 8. At 8, she stepped out of the customer service desk, put the guards in front of me, and told me to enter from the side. That was the last time I will be at Kroger. Market Street may be more expensive, but I’m greeted by every employee in the store, so it’s worth it.
