“Moving can be so frustrating with other companies, so many “if” fees. VIP charged a flat hourly rate, and a flat fuel fee. This group was professional, friendly and very patient, and man can they hustle. I can’t say enough good things about this company.”

And at the end of the day when I'm sure they just wanted to be home. They moved a very heavy electric wheelchair with a dead battery into storage for me so that I didn't lose it. “Just picked up my 16' truck for a 1-way move to Austin, Texas. The owner was very helpful and got me a truck despite an issue with the parent company not communicating properly with him about my reservation. I've always used U-Haul for previous moves, but recently had a problem with them not having the truck i had reserved or a dolly which made my moving plans impossible and offered no help causing me to have to reschedule my move and costing me a good deal extra, as well as wasting my time.
Would definitely recommend renting a Penske truck from this location. Thanks again for all the help!”
