“The service representatives were very cordial, professional and knowledgeable.
I did like that they emailed and text me the pictures of the issue and also the other things they checked.
The service was for the A/C, and I did have to return when it stopped cooling again because another part failed. They replaced the part and so far, it has been cooling as expected. Because I did have to return the second time, I’m looking for a discount on my next service. We’ll see.”

“I love the fast and convenient service with the state inspection process. I just recently brought 2 of my vehicles there. This second time, the only feedback I have is I felt the guy was griping a bit about small things while providing me service. Small things like he had to manually enter information on my vehicle because the scan part of my sticker was not easily visible. Overall, great service, but it just made me feel a little like I was a burden to him.”
