“Absolutely wonderful service! The service provided at Kwik Kar Lube & Tune was for a state inspection. I can’t remember my inspector’s name, but the initials on my receipt are JFG. He was so helpful. Just when I thought it probably wasn’t my day to get a state inspection. He was able to assure me that he would get it done. And he did! Thank you so much Kwik Kar of Mansfield!”

“Kevin’s shop is amazing. The service is always excellent. When you get there, you may have to walk to their side building for a moment to find them, because that’s where they’re doing a lot of their jobs. The staff is awesome, always service with a smile. Going above and beyond. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and I still love it! Highly recommend!!!”

“The service representatives were very cordial, professional and knowledgeable. I did like that they emailed and text me the pictures of the issue and also the other things they checked. The service was for the A/C, and I did have to return when it stopped cooling again because another part failed. They replaced the part and so far, it has been cooling as expected. Because I did have to return the second time, I’m looking for a discount on my next service. We’ll see.”

“The first older gentleman was grumpy and very rude. Once he started my inspection a much younger man came to help me and was incredibly kind and nothing but professional. I generally love t en is place and come all the time but that man could mess up things for this location if he doesn’t change his attitude. We all have bad days but keep them away from customers.”
