“Heard about this shop from a long-time fixture in Arlington, McGaw’s. So I figured I’d give them a shot. Wasn’t disappointed, in fact they did a great job and came in at the same price point as McGaws did! Good communication and a great job fixing my brakes on a 21 Corolla.

“I can’t believe how much better my lil Mitsubishi is driving after seeing sam! Had some squeaking and a rough ride suspension wise and had no idea what was needing done the most, luckily I've been going to sam for years with all my cars and he was able to tell me exactly what needed done the most and what didn’t, when I got my car back it was running better then when In first bought it used! Im always happy with the work done and the price when I go to metro champion! Thanks everybody yall rock! -Josh B”

“A plastic cover on the bottom of my car paritally fell off while driving and was making a loud scraping noise, I came to Valvoline and the manager and workers were very helpful! They put it back on very quickly, an easy fix, and the manager sent my on my way free of charge! Very kind staff.”

“Hands down, the best car wash I have ever been too! It is an automatic wash, however, staff assisted with tire care and drying the vehicle. You can take as much time as you need when Vacuuming your car..it's nothing like your standard vacuums ( you know the $1 for 4 minutes) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This will be my new car wash go to!!”
“So as I strolled up after making a 10:00 am appointment . I pulled up and got greeted with a smile and water by the manger Mr. Larry and he said good morning and let me know that the way they go about with scheduling is a false narrative. People really a pull up and the system in my opinion is really failing them . He let me know they are working hard to get me . I can respect the great customer service and the great communication . I will go there again but the scheduling online really needs to be deleted because it gives you a false narrative like you can pull up with a schedule but you cant. But I will be using this spot again. Last time I feel everything was rushed but theres a new group of great people with customer service and I look forward to coming again as a customer . Have a great day be blessed to everyone and God is always the answer .”
“I went there after I bought a used car to do oil change and inspection!! This guys are so awesome, beautiful and they are very honest and polite employees, and you can trust them 100%! They told me I didn't need to change the oil because it almost new and that I could change it after 2000 miles, and when my car read one code for inspiration and fetid they didn't charge me and told me where is problem!! And they checked my tires pressure. They have very professional customers services I recommended everyone to go there because you put your car in safe hands 👌👌👌.”

“Went here to wash car 2/5/26. Wanted my air freshener since y'all only one that carries it the wild hemp. Of course it would get stuck after paying for it.I just wish there was a number to call for service or help it something not working”
“I scheduled an oil change online on a Monday and the earliest appointment was Wednesday . When I arrived, One thing I didn't understand was, the clerk asked me what type oil I used and I told him and he said he had to check to see if they had it. I would have thought they would have checked on that before I got there in case they did not have it and could have informed me of that before I got there to tell me we don't have it and asked me if there was an alternative I would use. Because once I am in there and if they didn't have it, it would have been a wasted trip.”
“I am back doing my oíl change here because my mechanic is out of town. I use to do it here all the time, but one time they didnt do my oíl change right, they charge me and I wait one hour to get my car back thinking everything is going to be good. But my car was empty NO OIL at all, good thing I check it and come back to tell them to fix it, they fix it, but imagine if I didnt check it. Just be aware of that.”
