“Because of a delivery mishap I almost didn’t get my most important Christmas gift in time! I rushed up to this location after they had already closed (I wasn’t optimistic) and yet the staff that was still there helped me and made sure I got my package. I wish I had the man’s name who helped me, but nonetheless he went above and beyond. Thank you!”

“This is one of the better post offices in my neck of the woods. I rarely have to use desk services because this has an automated postal center, or whatever it's called.The self service center was one of the best additions to this post office. You can do 75% of most postal transactions there. I love it!I also appreciate the drive up mail boxes. The older post offices I visit barely have one mail box, so this is a luxury.Lastly, the few times I've had to use the desk, I've received great service.”

“This is my first time at this post office and the customer service here is the best I’ve gotten at any post office I’ve ever been to ??. The ladies are so sweet, patient and helpful. You always get anxiety going to usps because you know you’re going to have some rude encounter but this trip was very pleasant. I saved this in my favorites so that I remember to come to this location!”
“Went to the post office to retrieve a pkg from my previous apartments the supervisor said she would get it. Did not happen. Went back and talked with the manager of the post office. He called the lady on the route why I was standing there told her to get the pkg and bring it in told me to come back the next day and he would have it. You are the real MVP!! Sorry I did not get his name but thank you.”

“We visited the W Westchester Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX Post Office today to close a PO Box and forward our mail. Amy was so incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. She walked us through every step (it's much more complicated now than it used to be) and took the extra time to ensure our Box rental was cancelled and reassured us that she would keep an eye out and let us know if there were any unexpected issues. She went above and beyond and did it all with a smile. Thank you, Amy, for being such a pleasure to work with!”

“We have always been treated fairly by the employees of the Southeast post office at Forest Hills Dr. They are helpful and professional We receive packages as part of my husbands business...all sizes & they are very helpful and kind even go the extra mile! We have been using this location for over 3+ years. Not sure why others are complaining but it's possible that This person had an attitude before they ever got there! Each post office employee has been working hard to provide good customer assistance for the community. We are blessed to have not only weekly business with them but never a complaint about them at all for over 3 years! Thanks & Keep up the good work!! B5”
