Sam's Club Tire & Battery is a super busy location. It is easy to get in and shop, and customers love the tire department. The line to get out can be a bit long at times and parking is not always available close by. One field where Sam's is killing competitors is with their app, which allows you to pay for gas, products at the store, and products online. This saves a lot of time by avoiding the huge lines to pay. Some customers wish they would sell certain products like Vitamin E cream again.
I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service whenever I come by. Jeremy and Luke have taken care of me every time. I had a bad set of tires from the manufacturer and they worked with them to get my truck some brand new ones. I will always be getting my tires here.

On behalf of my husband... A big shout out to Luke! Luke did an AMAZING job on our SUV despite being the only one there. He installed and balanced 4 new tires in 45 minutes. My husband can not stop talking about the speed and perfect balancing we received. Thank you for great customer service!!! 😀

Hazam and Julian were great, helped me get my battery replaced. Xavier helped at the counter and he was also very helpful.
