“Came in with a simple problem from another tire shop that is very close by, the guy took the tire off and was able to tell me the problem in literally just a few seconds after spraying it down with their solution. Extremely nice, easy to work with, and didn’t cut any corners. Even went the extra mile to make sure all the bead lock bolts were tight on the other wheels as well. Highly recommend them!”

The service I got from the mechanic was attentive and understanding. I like to ask questions to understand and try and learn and the mechanic was super about answering and doing their best in explaining it to me! They have a COLD lobby area where you can wait for them to finish working on your car. 10/10 all in one pit stop”

“I've been dealing with Texas Tire for a long time. They've been great in the past. Last week it was finally time for some new tires on my Jeep Wrangler. Their new location is beautiful! I was helped by a gentleman named Dooly (sorry if I misspelled). He was extremely helpful in every aspect of my purchase! I didn't have the Jeep with me at the time and asked if I could have them put on in a few days. "No problem". I called them on a Sunday, expecting to schedule a time the next week. They told me "bring it up"! I was told it would probably take three hours. Great! By the time I got home, I received a phone call saying the Jeep was done. It was under ONE HOUR!!! Might not seem to far fetched, but we're talking about four 37x13.50r18's!!! My last experience was unbelievable, and I thank them! 11 out of 10! Go see these guys!”
“The young man name Johnathan has the best customer service. He asks everyone there name and speaks with everyone as though they were never strangers. While everyone in the store is pleasant and helpful he is outstanding. When he explains warranties explains them fully and to each person his services. He makes it a point to pay attention to the customer history and because of that he creates an environment customers such as myself want to return. He didn't even assist me I just observed his behavior I was thoroughly impressed.”
