Extremely Disappointing Experience – False Advertising and Rude Staff
This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The store prominently displays a sign that reads, “We will pack it for you” (photos attached). Before bringing in my packages, I even confirmed with one of the associates that they indeed offer packing services. However, once I arrived, I was shocked to be told they wouldn’t do any packing at all. When I pointed out the sign—literally walked them over to it—they flatly refused to honor it. Their response was not only dismissive but also completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, there was no greeting when I walked in, and even when I greeted them, I was met with silence. The staff appeared visibly irritated, communicating with each other in a curt and aggressive tone. The atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists.
This experience wasn’t just disappointing—it was frustrating and disrespectful. If you value honesty, professionalism, and basic courtesy, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. False advertising and a hostile environment are not acceptable in any customer-facing business.

Today I had the worst customer service ever in this location the employee in the printing department that was very rude disrespectful, especially the lady that she worked there her name TRINSE, she’s very rude. I was talking to her nicely, and I asked her about how I can print because the self service it doesn’t work so she says I cannot help you. I cannot do it today. I have l other Customer they being too annoying she’s in the form line now , I cannot do it right now and she keeps saying the same thing then I I told her we’ve been talking about this for five minutes if you just hit a print that my paper have been printed right now so she was like OK I will do it. I will do it with a loud voice and I told her you don’t have to talk to me like that. You disrespectful right now then she was like I’m gonna add four dollar because it’s express printing. I told her I’d come here every time and the employee here help me they never charge me . She said if you don’t want it pay you have to wait till tomorrow then I asked her about a supervise or manager because this is not normal. I asked her to send my document by email because their self service machine it didn’t work. It’s not my responsibility. This is the location responsibility so she called her supervisor her supervisor I don’t know what’s going on with her but basically she didn’t help. She keeps repeating herself she keeps saying the same thing and I was telling them can you send it on the email so I can print it with the self service and they keep looking to each other, but in the end, I was asking her about their customer service phone number. She was like you can do whatever you want you can do it online of course I’m gonna do it online. I was asking her about her name to write down for me. She gave me a paper and a pen so I can write it by yourself and the supervisor name ANA so I don’t know how big company hiring those kind of employee this location 1000s of people they visit you in a month. This is my last time visiting this location because I’m not expecting to have the same customer service anymore and if I visit again, I’m gonna visit it tomorrow morning so I can talk to their manager

Customer Service is severely lacking. Instead of being greeted at check out, I received a rude glare from a white haired old woman who was an employee. When I was ready to make my purchase, I was asked for my ID in order to buy $150 in gift cards. The man at the register claimed it was for my own security, but I can't seem to locate that policy within their terms and conditions on their website.

Absolutely the worst experience with printing services. I walk in to print one document on white card-stock and the lady working there said she wasn’t able to help me because there is a queue of items being printed and I would need to come back another day.
I have never experienced customer service so poorly like this at any other Staples store. It’s like the employee working there didn’t care to help. She was unhappy!

Customer service is terrible. I asked an employee for help, he was going to look for an item that I wanted but instead went to help another customer. I waited for him again but he went to assist another customer. Very disappointing.

I have shopped at other places but have received the best service and time from the associates who have helped answer difficult and technical questions. They are very kind, courteous and friendly.
