Long wait times at the print counter, self printers out of service, customer service is severely lacking (I felt like an interruption to their work instead of the reason they were there), lamination looked like my toddler did it and the print images were cut off in the wrong places causing them to be missing important information.

The staff at the Mansfield Staples was excellent! I’m working on project and they were so helpful and informative. Also, the store is very clean and well organized which is definitely a plus!
