“Willow Woods was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding, from the tour all the way until clean-up. The owners are all involved and so kind. They live by their motto: “Your day, your way!”

They have an extensive (and organized) decor closet, so I was able to cut down on so many one-time-use purchases! Also, chairs, tables, and tablecloths were included in the rental, which is so unlike the other venues I had considered. In the few weeks leading up to the big day, they sent a survey for final numbers and how they should set up in preparation for my day. I was able to opt for an indoor ceremony, and everything was set up exactly how I had wanted.

The whole space is beautiful and picture-ready. We had a variety of backgrounds to choose from for bridals, couples, bridal party, and family pictures. Our photographer had not been here before, but was in love with all the scenery and options.

Another selling point for me was the open vendor policy. I was provided with some vendor options but was not obligated to use any of them. I did use a catering option from the list (and it was amazing), but I was also able to bring in the axe-throwing trailer and photo bus that I really wanted. The owners helped organize where my vendors would go, and they were available throughout the wedding so we could stay in the moment.

“Booked online a suite with 2 rooms for my family of 5. It had a queen, sofa couch, and king bed. TV in both rooms, mini fridge, microwave and chaise with adjustable table. The shower had limited hot water, it was luke warm and then hot for maybe a minute. The toilet seat didn't stay up so for males you either had to hold the seat up or pee sitting. If you like sleeping in the dark too bad, the TV's have lights and so does the light switch for desk lamp, so you have 2 night lights. Breakfast is good, first morning they had cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes, plenty of bread choices, oatmeal with add ons, fruit, yogurt, milk, oj and apple juice. The second morning the omelets were replaced with potatoes which were yummy. The coffee bar also has hot cocoa and a variety of tea. Overall a good stay.”
