“From the moment that they picked up my car at the scene of the accident to the day I got my car back, the experience was absolutely outstanding. Raul promised me that my car would be ready by 02/15/24, but to my surprise it was ready by 02/02/24. When I got the car back, it was as if nothing happened. The car looked perfect. Then, after a day or two, I noticed that my blind spot sensors weren't working properly. They came TO MY WORK to pick up the car and try to correct it. It turned out that I needed new sensors. They ordered them for me, came back to my work to pick up my car and have the new sensors installed. No inconvenience for me at all! They brought it back to me and over apologized for the back and forth. They took ownership of the problem and got it fixed. The owner himself, Brent, came in and dropped off my keys and apologized again. They really felt bad about it, but I was perfectly happy with everything. I hope I never have another wreck, but if I do, Quality will be there for her. Thank you guys for everything!”

“A lady hit my car and she didn’t want to be responsible for the accident; so I took the car with Mr Vaquerano and he was very understanding and gave me an affordable quote, but fortunately the other parties’ insurance accepted the claim and handled the appraisal for the repairs of the damages, the other party didn’t take responsibility for one small dent on the rocker panel but the shop still fixed it for me, Mr.Vaquerano stands by his work and will always provide quality results.
