“I am fully convinced Carolina, Jonathan, and the team at Quality 1st RV have access to some sort of time machine. I called them on ridiculously short notice to wrestle two heavy AC units onto my fifth wheel, fully expecting to wait weeks. Instead, they knocked out the entire installation on the exact same day. In the RV repair world, that kind of speed is basically a myth. Not only was the price fair enough that I get to keep both my kidneys, but they also wrestled some surprise wiring gremlins into submission without batting an eye. They even texted me video proof of the new units blasting cold air like a couple of proud parents. Finding techs this fast, skilled, and dedicated around Manvel is like finding a unicorn that fixes air conditioners. Hire them immediately!”

“I took my vehicle here after a water intrusion event that was denied by my insurance company. The repair required complete removal of the interior and mold remediation. I had previously taken to a dealership and their quote seemed high... I called Classic Collision for an estimate and Alex was able to get enough information over the phone to give me a competitive estimate.
The price he quoted was very fair. He knew the dealership's quote and had the opportunity to charge more than he did. Rather than take advantage of a customer in a tight spot, he gave an honest quote and saved me a ton of money. That is the mark of an honest shop.
He communicated well, responded to questions quickly, and got the job done a week sooner than the dealership had estimated. I wasn't able to get to the shop before they closed for the weekend and he offered to meet me there on a Saturday to pick up.
It is hard to find an honest shop but this is one of them. I would recommend this place to anybody needing repair or bodywork.”
“I took my truck to Santana’s to have my bumper repaired. It had been scraped in several areas. The paint and trim work that Mr. Santana’s shop did was superb! The bumper looks better than brand new!
The customer service was excellent and Mr. Santana had me in and out in less than three hours! I just knew that the job would take at least 4-8 hours, or longer.
Mr. Santana stands behind his work and it’s of the highest quality and second to none! His prices are extremely competitive and you are not going to get greater value when it comes to body and paint work on your vehicle.

“I brought Honda Civic to Master Car Care about a week ago because I needed my passenger tail light replaced. I had already purchased the tail light elsewhere and went there to see if they could install it for me, they helped me right away. I wish I can remember the name of the guy that helped, but he we was so helpful and so nice. He even fixed my front bumper. It was slightly popped out of placed and he put it back in place. He even put my spare tire back under my mat in my trunk while I was there. Great customer service. I will definitely be back if I have any other issues. Thank you!”
