Thought I’d give them a try on my first deer hunt his season. Glad I did. The slim Jim’s are the best I’ve had and everyone that trii d them loved it. Haven’t tried the boudin or chorizo yet but impressed that they even made it, many do not.

Deer processing was fast, friendly and high quality. Bohemian, jalapeño and cheese were fantastic. Italian sausage is phenomenal. Just added more to my latest order.
