“I have been using them for 5 years now. Meat is always packaged neatly and labeled with the relevant information. Even when packed with drop offs, the staff is always polite. I will continue using them for all of my wild game processing.”

“This is the only place I buy sausage for my gumbo. It's always delicious. Went by today and bought some pork/beef sausage, along with andouille, and sampled some turkey sausage, and up buying some of that too because it was so good. I also tried the boudin, which was excellent. Hard to find better sausage than Greak's.”

“This place usually has what I'm looking for and everything is always fresh! Only gave 4 stars because the staff is a bit rude to people who don't speak spanish.”
