LoneStar Smokehouse provides fast, friendly, and high-quality deer processing. The work is excellent, with a reasonable turnaround time. They also help with European mounts. Their products are fantastic and delicious, including slim Jims, Bohemian, jalapeño and cheese, and Italian sausage, which is phenomenal. The beef brisket is the best ever, in large quantity and great quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are great people with good products, showing a strong willingness to make things right for customers. Many hunters are very pleased and highly recommend the business, planning to return every season.
I have been using them for 5 years now. Meat is always packaged neatly and labeled with the relevant information. Even when packed with drop offs, the staff is always polite. I will continue using them for all of my wild game processing.

Thought I’d give them a try on my first deer hunt his season. Glad I did. The slim Jim’s are the best I’ve had and everyone that trii d them loved it. Haven’t tried the boudin or chorizo yet but impressed that they even made it, many do not.
