“I went to Mattress Firm to find a new bed and Tra was patient with me and helped walk me through the benefits of each bed I looked at after she evaluated what my needs were. After 2 hours I decided on a Tempur-Pedic, even though Tra showed me other quality beds for less the cost. There was no pressure to purchase a bed, just helpfulness and understanding. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely will go back and ask for Tra when we need a new bed for our spare bedroom.”
