“Went in needing mattresses for a new home. Knew how I liked to sleep, but with many models and brands available, making a good decision while staying within my budget was overwhelming. Ben, the mattress guru, helped me choose the best option and made purchase and delivery smooth and efficient. He went above and beyond: no pressure, or heavy sales push; he provided information and knowledge that allowed me to make an informed decision, I appreciate that in a business. Service, options, efficiency, friendliness, value and convenience. Five stars across the board.”

“Kay is wonderful. Kay helped us pick a great mattress for our kids. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and show us what they had and once we liked sealy posturepedic , assisted us with pricing and offered us amazing customer service . She spoke with her manager and got us the mattress delivered to our home without additional cost. We were very impressed with her etiquettes and making us feel comfortable with our purchase. She guided us and the mattresses were delivered as expected in 3-4wks without any hassle. Highly recommend this mattress firm and especially Ms. Kay Herrera”

“There is only ONE store I would recommend visiting when you’re ready to invest in a new mattress. Before finding this store, I absolutely dreaded mattress shopping because it usually feels overwhelming, confusing, and pressured. That changed the moment I walked in. Niko, the store manager, is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and helpful without ever making you feel pushed toward a sale. In fact, both Niko and Chase are the complete opposite of what most people expect from mattress shopping. They listen, answer every question, explain the differences clearly, and give you the space and time to really figure out what feels best for you. What impressed me most is that their goal truly seems to be helping you make the right decision — not the most expensive one. When I had narrowed my choice down to two mattresses, Niko gently guided me toward the one that was substantially less expensive because he genuinely felt it was the better fit for me. That spoke volumes. If a less expensive mattress is the right choice, they will tell you. That kind of honesty is rare. They turned what I expected to be a dreadful process into a genuinely enjoyable experience. I spent a long time in the store, asked countless questions, tried multiple mattresses, and never once felt rushed. One tip: bring your favorite pillow with you so you can evaluate your comfort and sleeping position as accurately as possible. If you are shopping for a mattress, do yourself a favor and start here. This store is different in all the ways that matter, and I truly believe you will be thankful you went.”

“I needed a twin xl mattress and frame for my 92year old Father immediately. I spoke the GM Mark at the Heights Yale St location #001138 on the phone earlier in the afternoon and we discussed some options. I then went into his store later that evening. He was knowledgeable, polite and provided great customer service. I tried several mattresses and asked a lot of questions based on what I needed for my dad. With Mark's help , I found a perfect mattress and bed frame which I will pickup in two days. I purchase all my mattresses from Mattress Firm and Mark's expertise and service was outstanding in a very limited amount of time. Thank you Mark for the excellent service! Sandra from Houston”
