Knowing nothing about mattresses, I was interested in trying out the types of mattresses to see which ones were comfortable for me. I can be indecisive, so I was very appreciative of Marvy's patience and knowledge of the products. She is very friendly. She's the kind of sales person that helps guide you in the right direction, without pushing you or rushing you in any manner. Ultimately, my mother and I came to try out mattresses, and left with two new mattresses and we have since been happy. My only regret is not writing this review sooner. We decided to come back twice after trying out a mattress we were interested in at the Purple store. We ultimately decided to return to Mattress Firm for the final purchase because of how much of a positive experience we had. Lemont spent time educating us about the various types of mattresses available and finding us one that fit our needs. He examined the way we laid on the mattresses to evaluate if we would have back problems and other health concerns. He was knowledgeable about the mattresses, bases, mattress pads, pillows, and sheets. “Ingrid was FANTASTIC! I expected a fraught and lengthy process to find the right mattress for my 90 year-old mom, but Ingrid knew exactly what she needed after patiently listening to her. She showed us 2 comparable options to confirm her first instinct (yep), and it was $800 cheaper than the one mom THOUGHT she should want. Thank you Ingrid! Ingrid's integrity, knowledge, positive attitude and delightful service put a spring in our step during a burdensome move. Oh, and she somehow got mom to agree to an adjustable frame--which mom was adamant she "did not want under any circumstances" the day before, after I asked her to get one for herself as a favor to me. Ingrid is a treasure, and I highly recommend her service.”

However, when I walked in to this Mattress Firm located at I-10 & Yale I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. Jonathan, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding to my needs. Tyler let us just try out beds and not try to be pushy just answering our questions and overall giving us space while we tried the beds out.
