In less than 30 minutes she called me back and said she had located it and gave me a great deal.

“Mr. Allissane provided excellent customer service at the Westheimer and Kirkwood location. I purchased a mattress along with an adjustable bed frame. I'm very pleased with my decision and have been sleeping comfortably well. Upon visiting the store, I looked at every brand, asked questions and cross checked prices with other stores. Allissane was very helpful. Due to a power outage (no fault of the store), I decided to return on a different day and the prices provided were still honored. On both visits, he greeted everyone that walked in, provided information, answered questions, followed up and respectfully gave customers space to shop. I did not feel ignored nor pressured. Once I decided on the mattress, I moved forward with purchasing. It has been 3 weeks since my purchase and the mattress feels even better. Kudos to Allissane and the delivery team.
