“The staff is entirely new since my last visit approximately one year ago. The line was short. I was addressed within seconds of entering the building as well as everyone else that entered after me. I quickly, “hello we will be right with you” goes a long way. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. My concern was address in minutes.”
