No help over the phone no answer been on hold for half and hour straight, hung up called again was on hold 10min so hung up ... do ya even answer calls in their ??

Lock box key placed in another mailbox, not mine. There should be a way to verify the mailbox the key was placed in. It is an inconvenience to have to fill out claims for someone else's mistakes!!! This needs to be done better.
