“Came out quickly when dispatched, we had to push the car closer to the curb ourselves, so that we wouldn't get a ticket. The wrecker driver unsuccessfully released the car twice in attempt to get closer. The negative part is, and I don't blame them because due to Covid, it's their policy that you cannot ride in the cab with them.”

“No one is happy to need a tow. I'm grateful Merchant's was courteous and helpful in my time of need. Merchant's waited in three hours of traffic to come pick me up and get my car to the shop. They didn't cancel on me and they kept me updated on their progress. Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do, Merchant's was a great service.”
