My dog recently had a procedure and they called me right before and immediately after to let me know how my dog did. They called the next day to see how the recovery was going as well. “He gives me great prices on heartworm meds and allergy meds for my dogs. He is not about money, but instead has told me, "It shouldn't cost a fortune to own animals." He has an office right next to his house. He doesn't do anything but rabies and certain shots for small animals.”

“Dr D and his staff always take excellent care of my 11yr old Oreo. She is not a dog, she is my baby and I love that they treat her like family. Recently, I have had to bring in Oreo, for anal gland expressions from antibiotics causing looser than normal poop. I decided to ask if I could be shown how to do this myself. The vet assistant did a great job in showing me how to have someone hold my dog and then where the anal glands are on my little dog and exactly how to express them. I had watch lots of videos on this but with each dog being so different I couldn't quite figure it out for my little Oreo. I feel confident that I can do this myself if it's needed again. Thank you so much for the tutorial!!”

“Dr. Vanderford is an angel in disguise! He’s truly gifted when it comes to both treating and calming animals. My chiweenie is extremely anxious and Dr. Vanderford had him so relaxed and put him right at ease. He also properly diagnosed my dog with CDA which answered so many questions about his hair loss (a totally different vet clinic insisted it was mange) this staff is a godsend!”

“I can't say enough good things about this vet's office. I've been coming to Dr Evans for over 20 years and each and every time, we have a good experience. My family recently moved 2 hours away and could not find a vet we liked in our new area so we make the 2 hour trip to see Dr Evans any time our babies need to be seen. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and welcoming. You can tell that everyone here truly cares about their patients. The prices are very reasonable and the office is always clean and smells nice. I would definitely recommend Hwy 6 vet clinic to anyone. Love this place.”
“By far the best place to bring your pets!!! Unfortunately I had to make a very tough decision to say goodbye to my best friend Fate, she was very old and had kidney failure. The staff was very kind and gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbyes, the price was a lot lower than any other vet I’ve been to, and they genuinely cared for us. A week later I got home from work and found this envelope in the mail from the vet I was a bit nervous to open it. But when I did I found the sweetest card where they had put her paw and nose print on it and the entire staff wrote very kind words of condolences. I am a huge animal lover and I will definitely be bringing all my pets back because they care… ❤️”

“I was surprised how quick it was even though there was a line. Just a little pushy about administering their particular heartworm medicine and somewhat condescending when explaining why ita better. I had been using heartworm medicine in pill form for both of my dogs and they have never had heart worms, going on 3 years now.”

“I’ve been taking my pets to Banfield since 1992! They’ve been there for us through sick pets, wellness checks, losing our beloved pets and wouldn’t go anywhere else. At times they’ve had some training issues but that’s anywhere you go. We like paying monthly for things our dogs will need throughout the year, like shots, checkups, bloodwork for preventative things, teeth cleaning etc.”
