“Fantastic experience, wonderful place! I needed a new vet because my old one retired. I took my dog to Pearland Pet Health Center today for the free initial visit to find out if we are a good fit for each other. I have found my new vet! I had a wonderful experience here and so did my older Lab. The tech and the vet took their time, answered all my questions, treated my dog like gold! They were forthcoming about any/all charges for particular labs/services -- their prices for the lab work my older dog might need are EXTREMELY reasonable. The front staff are friendly, efficient and very welcoming. I give this place thumbs up and definitely will be recommending them to friends and family!”

“Been coming here for 5 years. My dog is aggressive and hates shots. The ladies here always know how to handle him. They have always been able to give him his shots quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, kindly. They are always willing to work with him, no matter how difficult he is being. “I chose Veterinary Clinic of Pearland because of the convenient location for me and the reasonable prices I was quoted for new kitten shots, but I'm writing this review because of the wonderful experience I had and the excellent care the two stray kittens I found recieved. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the Vet was kind and very thorough. I am very pleased with my decision to try this clinic and plan to make them my permanent vet!! HIGHLY recommend!!!”

“This was my second year taking my pups for their annual check up/vaccines and a couple of stomach/ear infections, everyone is always very helpful and friendly, we've seen several doctors and they all take their time answering my questions and concerns, I never feel rushed. My lab is scared of the vet after a bad experience somewhere else so he's always very shy when we go but they are always very sweet and patient with him.”
“First time in this place. No appointment required. First come first served. I got there as soon as they opened.. all of them were very friendly. The prices are competitive. My dog got the annual vaccination package and 6 months of fleas medicine.”

“This review is for the manager, Keri. There was confusion concerning the account for my pets I share with my girlfriend and I was very frustrated by it. I was actually a bit rude at first, for which I apologized, but Keri was extremely patient and very professional the entire time when frankly she didn't have to be. I felt awful about it and thanked her for being such a professional, and she assured me it was ok and no worries and that sort of thing, but I am sure that inside she probably didn't think that at all. I personally have not been in this office yet, but after my conversation with Keri just now I'm certain that everything under her control is in great hands. Apologies again to Keri, and thanks again to her for being so great with me! I've been told that the staff here are always fantastic with my dogs Rocket and Baby Dog (Honcho) and Astro, and that is immensely appreciated!”
“Banfield hospital has been our pets’ hospital for the past 19 years with Dr. Brown as their primary veterinarian and we have been very happy with her all those years as welll as Dr. Kasey and Ms. Jaimee and Ms. Karen. Last Thursday my husband and I went to Bandfield request a medication refill for Athena our 8 year old German Shepherd who is suffering from hip dysplasia. We requested Galliprant and Tramadol. The young lady who assisted us said that they can only prescribe the Galliprant since Dr. Brown is not on duty last August 15 and we have to come back on Tuesday August 18. So last Tuesday we called and asked for Dr. Brown to write the prescription and they told that she is with a patient at that moment but they will inform her. Late in the afternoon we called again if we could pick up the prescription and they said it was not ready. Today I called at around 9 am and spoke with Mr. Clarence and asked him if the Tramadol is ready for pickup and he said it is ready. So I drove there at 10: 30 am just to find out it was not ready and that Dr. Parik will write the prescription to HEB this time. At around 3:20 pm I called again and spoke with Ms. Karen and she said it was not ready because of the computer glitch. This is very frustrating because our poor Athena has been in pain. We understand that they are very busy with patients but pet owners are busy as well. I just wish they would coordinate with each other so that everything will be addressed properly. Thank you.”

“I unfortunately had to put my Suzy Q down last night. It was the hardest experience but the staff at Pearland 288 were compassionate, understanding, and gentle throughout the whole time. They cared for my baby and me until the end and I will never forget it. Each person I met with along the way showed empathy and there were no signs of insensitivity you can sometimes experience with medical staff. I’ll miss you Su Su but we will meet again. ♥ I forgot to add they also sent me home with some of her fur and her paws and nose print as a keepsake.”

“Dr. Gilbert & team are true animal lovers. They got me & my two cats into a room when we showed up 30 minutes early. They took the time to go over all of concerns. I did not feel rushed or nickel & dimed at every turn. Love this location too. Easy parking, easy to find, pleasant front desk as well.”
