Stopped by to see if they could open the side doors on my van that'd been stuck closed for a week. Eric (Weaves) came outside to check it out, went back in for some tools, and not only popped it open in a few seconds, but fixed it right there in minutes! Then he explained why it was happening and how to keep it from happening again. I asked how much do I owe him and he said nothing. My mouth dropped. All that for just some good will? Wow. I remember people used to do that years ago, but who does that now? Apparently this business does.
I was so impressed that I started to ask about a couple other things I'd like to get done to the van, but he said they were booked out 'til August (It's mid-June now), so I'll get the pressing things done now and save the others to contact them later this year or early next when I have time to deal with it again. I think they'll be worth the wait.

For me not a good experience. They are busy enough to selectively pick the work. They never returned my call.. twice

Very nice shop with helpful people. Unfortunately our truck was totaled in the wreck and we had to let her go. Greg made it less painful and handled the tow truck.

I finally found an honest shop that does what they say they will! I had two horrible experiences with other body shops lying to me and not doing the right thing. Hillcountry is great! Friendly, professional, and honest. I will definitely keep using them.

These folks at the Marble Falls facility took care of my Prius and they did a great job. Of course, the damage was more extensive than I expected but they took the time to explain the why(s) and whatfore(s) of every single line item and there were no surprises. The car came back cleaner than I dropped off (embarrassed here), which was a nice surprise! Thanks guys!
