It's nice because it has the feeling of being part of a small town. When you walk in, they are always very friendly and seem to know most of the customers. I don't use a post office that regularly but maybe over the years they will recognize me and say something when I come in. They can handle any of your needs whether it's shipping packages, money orders or even passport services. And there's never a wait! Well, I haven't been in here during the holidays, but still, I'm always able to conduct my business very quickly here.”

“Let me explain how the postal service work in HSB. If you live more than a .5 from line of travel and are receiving large packages that can’t fit in cluster box, you’ll have to pick up from post office. If you have a P.O. Box please put your P.O. Box number on packages are they would be returned the same day. Keep track of your tracking numbers, they do send out notification every time that package get scanned. You don’t have to wait on a pink slip to pickup package. Please pick up packages in a timely manner, packages will be taken out of locker and returned to post office for pickup, if not picked up in two days.”
