I’m extremely disappointed with the level lack of professionalism at this location. I arrived 20 minutes early for my passport appointment, scheduled for 11:00 AM. Despite being on time and waiting patiently, I witnessed four separate individuals or groups—who arrived after me—being assisted before I was.
As a visibly gay woman, I couldn’t help but feel overlooked and discriminated against. It was upsetting and disheartening to be treated this way, especially when I followed all the appropriate steps and showed up early.
Respecting appointment times is a basic expectation of customer service, and allowing late arrivals to go ahead of those who are punctual reflects poorly on the staff’s professionalism and fairness.

Just a little heads up if you’re coming for your passport application to please bring photos with you as they cannot take photos on site they will direct you to Walgreens across the way which can take extra time. Little frustrating but hopefully this helps somebody else.

Had a cpu cooler ship to my apt. The package was to big for my mailbox instead of putting it in my apt larger package box they smashed the cpu cooler to fit in my mailbox. Now my cpu cooler is damaged with bent fins and a curve. This is unacceptable service and the Marble Falls u s p s should be ashamed.

Last order took 5 weeks to get from this post office to Ohio and the package was opened and missing content.... My daughter sent a 2nd package to me 10 days ago and it has not even left the marble falls facility..... Nobody answers the phone and there is no way of reaching anyone at them is pos office .... This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with the postal service and I've dealt with them for over 35 years ....... DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE AND SHIP THE PACKAGES PEOPLE PAY FOR, AFTER ALL WE ARE PAYING YOUR SALARY

I had my mail held when I went on a trip. I have not receive it since I returned. I have called the Post Office multiple times & they never answer the phone. I am sick, but I guess I will have to go to the Post Office if I want to get my mail.

This place is scamming people with the scales took in the same package twice and got two different prices on the same product. Shipped a box 50X11x4 to Vance South Carolina it’s 28.20 to ship at 6lb 5.60 0z. I got a box 48x7x7 to aurora Colorado 5lb 1.10 oz 41.67 to ship….when I went back in and asked to re weigh the items then yet we got another amount totally again that was even more!!This place is scamming people !!!

Don’t come here for passports, even with an appointment. I made a 1045 appointment and got here 10 mins ahead of time as recommended. The only person that does them wasn’t here and they said she would be back at 1130. I’m now 1 hour past my appointment window and she still isn’t here. Why make/take appointments if you don’t have an employee on hand to do them?

The lady that took Joel's place on our route never comes in for outgoing mail. She drops our mail off at a neighbor's office when there are three entrances in our building, each with different businesses. Please bring mail to the middle door at 1016 Broadway and pick up the outgoing. Our office is the main mail hub for the building. Joel would've gotten 5 stars. Thank you!

I lost my credit card and ordered a new one from the company. It finally came three weeks after it was sent by my credit card company. This is unacceptable. I have asked for any further correspondence with this company to be done through FedEx, which I will pay extra for I cannot deal any further with the USPS, somebody has dropped the ball and it starts at the top

The Marble Falls post office has been holding our mail hostage for over a month despite all of our attempts and our home post office to retrieve it. We have filed two change of address forms (of which they recorded only one), we have called the post master several times who first stated we had no mail and that a forward from general delivery at one post office to general delivery to another post office was not doable (which we found out it is). We then did a forward from general delivery to a specific PO Box in a city where we are at and that still hasn't worked. Our home town post master has talked to the Marble Falls postmaster has talked to the Marble Falls postmaster and has gotten no where. As of yesterday the Marble Falls post office hasn't taken any calls from us or our home town postmaster. A maddening situation.
