The hotel's restaurant, LaVenture, receives high praise for really good and excellent food, with specific enjoyment of the spaghetti and meatballs, pizzas, and salmon plate. The bar is considered one of the best in the city, though service there was once noted as slow. A significant negative involved the pool, which is located across the street. An experience of workers performing maintenance after the posted opening time ruined the pool experience for some guests, who felt it should be done before opening. Overall, visitors had a great time, consider it a gorgeous and perfect stay, and highly recommend it, often planning to return.
Wonderful place that merges both luxury treatment and quirky Marfa vibes. Restaurant has a diverse menu, all of it superb. Can't recommend enough.

I stayed at Hotel St.George for 3 nights while visiting Marfa. Amazing experience with lovely environment, food and friendly staff! Would definitely come back next time!
