“Everytime I have gone in the staff is so friendly and helpful. We are a small town and this post office gives you that old fashioned small town warmth that we so long for. They always take the time to answer my questions (I have alot because I am new at all this shipping stuff) and don't make me feel bad or stupid for asking. They also are good with communication and help to make sure I fully understand. I hope they know how much they are appreciated!”
“Had to drop off a package to ship out via USPS. I went to the Cibolo, TX branch. No line. I was in and out very quick. The guy at the counter was very engaging, inquired about my day, and assisted me with my package shipment. Very friendly and customer service atmosphere.”
