Awful customer service. Horrible experience talking to the same guy twice. Never even tried to do his job either time. I've walked in and tried to fix the lock that they broken for my mailbox.

Worst service ever Monique and the Asian lady are the two rudest people you will ever meet in your entire life. People in New York are friendlier.

Visited this store yesterday, there was two ladies working the front and they were the rudest most unprofessional employees i’ve ever witnessed. Also, so slow, would not recommend at all. I’ll be driving an extra few minutes to go somewhere else.
