“I highly recommend them. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today. I was in a messy situation where my truck died on the freeway. I pulled over gave them a call and they showed up in less time than they said they would. The driver was knowledgeable and gave me his suggestion on what he thought was messed up on my truck. He towed it to O’Reilly where they checked my vehicle out and it turned out the driver was right about the issue. He went above and beyond in making sure I was safe and back on the road. I can’t thank this towing company enough for the help they provided me with today and I’m beyond greatful I called them. I wish every business I worked with provided me with the same superior service.”
“These men are amazing! Not just at their job and how well they take care of your car but they got tons of experience and are willing to actually see if they can help with the problem before just hauling away your vehicle. Both Marcus and Steven were wonderful on one of my worst days. I'm a nurse traveling from San Antonio and was on my last shift when my car broke down. Running on no sleep with the help of another sweet angel I was able to get my car towed to the dealership. Marcus called Steven just to see if maybe he could pinpoint the problem. Steven drove to meet us and quickly helped with the problem. We got on our way or so we thought. I was a few miles out when my car shut off again. I called them back cause now I had no choice but just leave it. Steven came to pick me up in a timely manner, did some looking first but then loaded my baby up. He sat and chatted with us, and wished us luck. I met more than a handful of people yesterday all kind and willing to help. And these two added to it. Thank you both for helping me out on a bad day. I couldn't be more thankful! They will take care of you too!”
“The AC in my 2005 F-150 was busted. My father attempted to recharge it years ago but it wouldn't hold. I decided to give this place a chance because I saw the good reviews. First and foremost I love their good and friendly communication. I was able to get an appointment a few days out. They diagnosed and repaired my truck all the same day. The price was about what I expected and very fair. He explained what was wrong with it and what should be improved once he was done with it. My truck is now ice cold AND quieter! Highly recommended.”

“My 36 ft diesel pusher Class A motorhome was broken down on Loop 79 in Del Rio. For 24 hrs we searched for someone to get us out of a ditch, by the side of the road. Hernandez was the only towing company to agree to do it. Because of the airbrakes and air suspension, the process is complicated. Nato agreed to come and completed the tow efficiently, professionally and clearly knew what he was doing. He got us out of a bind without damaging our home. Thank you.”

“Barry and Nick were so honest and helpful! I took my car in and they treated me like family, instead of getting my hopes up and making money off of me they gave me an HONEST answer. They told me to get rid of my car as soon as possible because it wasn’t safe and it was a ticking time bomb. I’m so grateful for their honesty especially being a mom to a young child. They could have charged me an arm and a leg instead they only charged me for the diagnostic. I will forever send everyone to them!”
