“American RTS is top notch! In the event I need towing assistance again, I’ll definitely use their services. I was quoted a very respectable price to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. They dropped the car off, completed/placed service request in the overnight drop box and sent me several photos of the vehicle at the dealership. In my opinion, they’re a very respectable company.”
“The driver, Don, was one of the first on the scene of my 17 year olds accident. Even when the police showed up, he stayed with her until I was able to show up. He was a complete gentleman & tried to ensure that she would be ok. Really wish there were more people like him in this world--- he kept her from completely freaking out and possibly passing out. Thank you!”

“My 36 ft diesel pusher Class A motorhome was broken down on Loop 79 in Del Rio. For 24 hrs we searched for someone to get us out of a ditch, by the side of the road. Hernandez was the only towing company to agree to do it. Because of the airbrakes and air suspension, the process is complicated. Nato agreed to come and completed the tow efficiently, professionally and clearly knew what he was doing. He got us out of a bind without damaging our home. Thank you.”

“I am very happy with the service done by Ricky. He was very professional, honest, and inexpensive. When communicating with Samantha in the office she was very professional and was able to get an appointment schedule same day which was much appreciative. I will definitely be using On the Spot Mobile Mechanic for my car repair needs.”
“Tho this was a bad experience for us in how we met, the towing company was very nice and helpful. I do not do too much business with towing companies under these circumstances, but when I have over many years, they are usually very rude. This company and the 2 reps I dealt with we not only extremely nice, they were so helpful. I was very surprised but appreciated it very much. I met them yesterday about 11:30. Danny”
“New Braunfels Towing is the absolute best in town!! I have known Joe and Joey for years and they have always been so amazing and professional in their work. I recently reached out to Joe for a tow of my personal vehicle. He was quick to say we will be there just send me the location. I knew my car would be in good hands. The entire Medellin family has always been the nicest and most kindhearted towards me. Each time I have dealt with NB towing and the family they have always made me feel like part of the family and very well taken care of. Do yourself a huge favor if you are in need of a tow and reach out to NB towing! You will not be disappointed!! Best experience ever!!”

“10/10 service!! David was such a huge help and was very informative after my accident in New Braunfels. First accident in my life and they took care of me. A different towing service with a similar name is unfortunately disrupting service and causing confusion but these guys really are the real deal. Shoutout to David for the quick response time and very friendly and professional service.”
“This wrecker service has the most pleasant workers/drivers at their company. They are polite, patient, and kind. I would highly recommend them for any tows you may need.”

“Seeing these Negative Reviews, is Unbelievable. I had them tow my Tahoe from Spring Branch, Tx to Converse Tx . With no problem at all . I didn't even get the Drivers name. But let me tell you he was extremely Friendly and Highly Professional. He did an outstanding Job.
So if ever in need of a Tow Truck. I Highly Recommend calling JJ's Towing. You be Glad you did.”
“Great staff very friendlyand helpfu. They took care of business fast. Ubers to the location take a funky route due to the frontage to 35. It's not near landa park it's off 35 in an easy to pickup and drop off.”

“I highly recommend them. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today. I was in a messy situation where my truck died on the freeway. I pulled over gave them a call and they showed up in less time than they said they would. The driver was knowledgeable and gave me his suggestion on what he thought was messed up on my truck. He towed it to O’Reilly where they checked my vehicle out and it turned out the driver was right about the issue. He went above and beyond in making sure I was safe and back on the road. I can’t thank this towing company enough for the help they provided me with today and I’m beyond greatful I called them. I wish every business I worked with provided me with the same superior service.”
