“Storage facility is ok but their autopay is terrible! First month it didn’t even run the payment. They reversed the late fee. Second month worked fine. Third month was supposedly an “invalid transactions ” for which I was charged a late fee which they wouldn’t reverse because they had reversed one. The transactions never showed up at my bank. There was no reason for the bank to deny the charge. I will be moving out of the unit as soon as possible.
I’m changing my review as the owner contacted me promptly and turns out the issue was with the processing company. I highly recommend Marlin EZ Storage!”
