“We're new to Amy's Attic but the things we moved into our 3rd floor unit was a breeze. Great having moving carts available when we unloaded. Also having working elevators in a 3 story bldg is a must. We went from a 5x10ft unit in a different storage location to Amy's Attic where we rented a 10x20ft unit and paid only $25 more per month. Really good deal.”
“I called the number left in a message to me telling me that my payment did not go through and was pleasantly surprised that I was not put on hold or asked to pick a number, I was not directed anywhere. Trenton answered the phone and I let him know why I called, gave him my card number. It took a matter of minutes and it was sooo not stressful. Trenton was pleasant and patient. In fact I hung up and called back and let Trenton how happy I was to have talked to a human being. It is a lovely clean, safe storage place not unlike many other storage places, but the customer service is what makes this storage place best.”
“The lady in the front office at the Waco location was absolutely amazing!!!! It was a easy process and I’m definitely going to recommend them to anyone looking for a storage”
“Francine was a huge help. I was thinking about getting a unit at a different company, since my previous call ended with no help. The previous representative had instructed me to go and do everything online, even though this was my first call to set up my storage unit. The person who I had spoken with last week, and with whom I had set up a reservation with, had asked me to call back and make a payment. I desired to try one more time, since the previous representative had refused to help. I’m glad I did. Francine was awesome- patient, kind, and respectful. She’s a keeper!”
“Super easy to rent a unit online and start putting stuff in the same day. They even provide a lock for you, which I thought was super convenient. Love that they close access to the property at 9pm for safety. Never had any issues here and overall a pretty stress free experience. Great place.”
“The customer service person named DEJ was very kind and helpful.
She made my move out the storage unit smooth and easy.
Thanks DEJ for your help!
Keep up the good work!!”

“I was looking for a shredding service that is NAID AAA certified to dispose of financial documents. Embassy responded promptly, came to my home to pick up the documents and were reasonably priced. I would use them again.”
“Krystal was incredibly helpful in securing our unit. She provided clear and detailed answers to all our questions over the phone, and when we arrived, she was just as polite, welcoming, and supportive in person.”
“I'm so impressed I love this place the most helpful customer service you can ask for we spoke with Andy and he did nothing but make everything great for us more than a five star for him and their team way to go guys thank you”
“Good pricing and the lady was knowledgeable. I felt secure, leaving my personal items there due to it being secure, and what look like new cameras. I would recommend”
“I needed help with my online account access. I spoke with Siddony and she was very polite and helpful. She was able to solve my problem quickly and professionally. Thank you Siddony and thank you SpareBox Storage!”
“The staff at Simple Storage did an Excellent job with my Storage agreement completion. The only negative thing I saw was a few wasp in the weeds at the bottom corner of my Storage roll up door. I will keep Wasp spray with me just in case I need it. You may also take a blower to Blow of the spider webs?”
“The price was very affordable, the facility felt secure, and the communication was excellent. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this storage facility!”
“SpareBox is a good place to store your extra stuff. You can rent the storage unit online and pay online and it will be ready when you are. They also have the best prices I could find any where around Waco.”

“Honestly can’t beat the prices and they are very forgiving when it comes to late fees. I paid so much more in San Antonio for the same sized unit and the late fees were ridiculous and during Covid really killed me and the owner wasn’t as nice as Allison. If I knew more people here in Waco I would definitely tell them to only use Pioneer Stor & Lok.”

“Monthly rent is affordable considering inflation is outrageous today. Staff is friendly and storage is accessible. I wish they had more hand trucks or carts to carry boxes to units.”
“The staff at Ideal are very professional and so helpful. The day I moved in to my storage, the staff was so polite and answered all of my questions. The price of my unit was at a reasonable amount per month, which I'm very satisfied with. Thank you Ideal Storage!!!”
“Rented a unit for my daughter who attends Baylor . Purchasing a unit was easy and simple to do. Questions were asked and answered via chat while processing the application made the application quick and easy.”

“I've have had a storage unit at Griffin Place Storage for a number of years now, and I have never had any issues. The price is right, and the facility is more than adequate. There's probably not a better deal in town on climate control units than at Griffin Place.”
“One of the best places I've gone to download. friendly and always with a smile. Download is by appointment. There is a place for you to arrive at night. They open at 7:00am... They always send me here...!!!”
“Very nice clean well made storage units with easy access right off the main road. The only thing lacking is security! Anyone could climb the four foot chain link fence inclosing the facility which doesn't give me great confidence in the security of my stuff in storage.”
