“This is the 2nd time I've come here with a very specific freezer in mind. Both times almost a year apart. I was met immediately by a very kind knowledgeable and patient salesperson. She was very helpful and understanding that I needed to make payments. The application for credit took just a few minutes and I got the exact freezer of my dreams TWICE!!! To my absolute surprise shock and splendor the lady who rang me up said they will deliver this to you this afternoon. I just purchased it at about 1:00 pm so I was blown away by the customer service. I will ALWAYS look here first when buying appliances or furniture, because you sure aren't gonna get service, kindness and caring at a big box store. At Craigs they treat me like I'm family and some days I need a little extra kindness in my day. Thank you Phyllis for going above and beyond to make my experiences and exchanges with you exceptional and remarkable.”
