“This is the 2nd time I've come here with a very specific freezer in mind. Both times almost a year apart. I was met immediately by a very kind knowledgeable and patient salesperson. She was very helpful and understanding that I needed to make payments. The application for credit took just a few minutes and I got the exact freezer of my dreams TWICE!!! To my absolute surprise shock and splendor the lady who rang me up said they will deliver this to you this afternoon. I just purchased it at about 1:00 pm so I was blown away by the customer service. I will ALWAYS look here first when buying appliances or furniture, because you sure aren't gonna get service, kindness and caring at a big box store. At Craigs they treat me like I'm family and some days I need a little extra kindness in my day. “Just got my new washer today, after having to get a dryer, uh oh, washer goes out. Not worth fixing just wanted a new one. Called the store, spoke to Taren, I believe, and was the best customer service I could have asked for. She got me hooked up nicely and wasn’t rushing to get anything done. She took her time to explain everything to me. I called back after washer was delivered for a quick question and Amber was AMAZING as well! I have received nothing but happy voices and smiling faces. Not to mention my delivery guys, literally will order again just so they can come hang out a few. They are laid back, so polite and full of manners. Love to laugh and cut up with you. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM!! Yes, I’ve seen the bad reviews, but this place stays busy. And they all have a job to do. Give them a second chance if you can!”
