“Highly recommend this place, I get all of my oil changes done here or at their Kilgore location. I appreciate the attention to detail that David and his team is highly important to me. Also their prices are very reasonable and to top it off they get me in and out in a timely manner. Thanks David and team for the great service.”
“Just moved to jefferson so went here for my first oil change in my semi while on my sometime. Great job. Very fast. Friendly. Didn't even have to get out of my truck. Will definitely be back”
“This experience was fabulous! The staff was very thorough and efficient and we felt confident that everything was checked that needed to be. We are from out of town but we’re so thankful to get caught up with an oil change when we were visiting Marshall. We’d certainly return. This is a reliable and quick oil change service.”

“Great service! I came in for an oil change, and afterward I noticed a little oil under my car. I brought it back because I was concerned, and they took the time to look everything over and make sure everything was okay. They explained that it was just some leftover oil from the oil change that had gotten on the frame and was dripping off.
I really appreciate them taking my concern seriously and double-checking everything for me. The car is running great, and I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“My daughter and I were traveling from Alabama to New Mexico. The staff here was so helpful and assisted us after we had issues with our car while in Marshall. We really appreciated their kindness and for going above and beyond to help us!”
“Staff is amazingly friendly! They were patient to answer my questions over the phone about purchasing and installing new tires. When I arrived, they explained what would be the best course of action to replacing the tires that needed it the most. I could only do two of them this time around. Ms. Rachel and Ms. Jannie attended me, and I will come back to this Auto Service thanks to their kind customer service!”
