Any time I have a problem they go 100% to solve it ?

Showed up to pick up my online order at 6:40 and the door was locked and called 4 times and had no answer, the store said it didn't close until 7 on website and on store door stood outside and no one came out of the back room to answer the door. Very upsetting since I drove 30mins to the store to pick up my order!

I love the young lady that helped me today with my phone she was respectful patient and very sweet and kind I would recommend this store to anyone I was very satisfied ?
