This place is run by crooks! I brought my car in to replace my driver side mirror and they broke my door handle. It wouldn't open so I had to roll down the window which broke. They acknowledged their errors but refused to fix it! They offered to charge me, more by 10 times than an honest repairman eventually charged to repair their errors. The fools who run this admitted my handle and door did not come in broken but refused to fix their damage! They also were quite stupid and couldn't even explain their logic! I am amazed they have good reviews but they are dishonest, unethical and incompetent.

Extremely honest and knowledgeable staff. The prices are much less than other service centers. And way much cheaper than the dealerships. And let us not forget Mr. Ben (service manager). Again he is extremely honest and goes out of his way to make sure our vehicles are taken care of. Overall the best car service in McAllen. Keep up the great job.

3 stars ... OUT OF 10Decent work on welding and labor. But absolute con up front. Never called to check prices before they started work, massively over charged (I had to go get the parts myself to bring costs down) didn't put new parts on and when I paid cash I had to borrow to pay their extreme fees they charged my card full amount anyway. Would have had to charge me TWICE to fix it and id be in debt for weeks. Complete mess. I regret trusting them.Services: Exhaust

Great service and at a very reasonable price. I am one who usually prefers to work on my own vehicle but when it comes to welding, I have no clue what to do. 3 Star Muffler was able to quote me and get the repair done within two hours of dropping it off. Highly recommended shop.
