Great experience and service! The gentleman in the front desk, Luis, he was very helpful and welcoming. Sam, the tech, explained to me what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it in a timely manner. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

2020 dodge van took it in on a car hauler,it was driveable,took it in foe thier 345 diagnoses spoke to a John (maybe thier tech?) They 1st called me saying they would swap a coil,to see if that got it,Because there tech Sam asked around for advise,then John calls me says it's internal recommends a 6000 replacement, I says John a rebuilt from auto zone is 3000 with 3 yr warranty unlimited miles,I think you want to double your money with me,I cut my losses, had the wife pick it up,the van is driving WORSE than when it was before I put it on the car hauler trailer, Luis was a nice pleasant person to speak with,but he is NO TECH,reading off a script, OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH AAMATIC MCALLEN, I think John and the shop,are not knowledgeable, they have no buisness, & I can see why 345 to run the diagnostic computer on the dodge van,,,over priced,,they provided NO SOLUTIONS,,,,WELL I QUESS I COULD DUMP MONEY INTO IT MYSELF,IF THATS THIER SOLUTION... I don't recommend aamco in mcallen tx....

‼️ -OUR SCAM EXPERIENCE ‼️The experience was a waste of time, went for a transmission check up paid $50 for that, they call back with a $370 rate for tech work which became $1,900 plus by the end of the week.(OKAY, ASSUMING YOU WOULD ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEM).After they called to say it was ready we picked the vehicle up and Drove it home less than 20 miles.We let It sit for a few days and found a red puddle in our driveway within the same week.Note -IT WAS NOT LEAKING ANY FLUID BEFORE TAKING IT TO THIS PLACE. We end up taking it back to them and explain the situation and they would want us to start the process all over again $50 to look at it. Why would we allow them to screw us out of another 2grand.? This is insanity; they, really need to stand behind their work. If you cannot fix it just say so up front. They do NOT warranty their work.This is NOT how you do business, honestly worst experience ever.The vehicle is in worse shape after visiting this place. You get zero stars, will never recommend to others.Continued as per responseIt’s ok, please continue to do business as your are doing. Unfortunately, people will find out the hard way.Service: Transmission

Worst experience ever. Vehicle is in worse condition after taking it to that place. $500 for a wiring harness? Really ? For two hundred dollars an hour. Go to the dealer. At least they will stand behind their product.

I was having problems with my car changing gears. The Aamco persons were very helpful and explained everything before repairing anything. Thank you AAMCO I will count on you for future car problems. Many companies do not explain and just do the work prior to letting customer know.

My trucks Trans was rebuilt in June, took back after 10days for check up, then it broke down n it's been there since then. Keep getting the run around as to when it will be fixed. Payed for it already, wondering if it's all a scam AamcoService: Transmission

This place in a disaster!!! I haven't spent an hour hanging out with a worker there who told me that my car had some problems that would require a transmission fix and other things. I speak again to ask another question and they tell me that my car has nothing, it does not need any repairs, it is ready to be lifted, I only pay $54 for the inspection, you can know what that is, disgusting place?????
