Adriana and Fran were AMAZING throughout the entire mortgage process. From making a plan to help improve my credit. To giving a step by step on what to expect throughout the process. I would go as far to say they both gave more support during the home buying process than my realtor/builder. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone. Their communication with me was always on point. I never once had to be chasing them they were on top of me and made sure I stuck to the timeline. I was respected as a homebuyer and educated along the way.I look forward to refinancing with them or even purchasing another home with them. Thank you so much Adriana and Fran!

I have tired to reach this company for 2 weeks? I’ve sent an email, I’ve called at least 3 times and left at least 2 voicemails. No one has returned my call. I would like to refinance with the new fha rate at the time was 5.75. I originally financed with them within the year and they offered a “free” refinance within a year. How am I going to get a “free” refinance when they won’t even answer the phone. No one has reached out. This is very disappointing. When buying your home please look elsewhere. I looked at my fees compared to my first purchase and they charged more than 2k in fees than the last company did. I’m sure it’s closer to around 7k in fees but I would need to look at my paperwork again. If someone reaches out I’m more than happy to update this review. Until then it’s disappointing that it had to come to this.

If you don't have an 800-credit score, don't bother calling these people, they will ignore your phone calls! Even as a veteran, I did not feel welcome, the absolute worst home shopping experience I have ever had in my life.

They helped me with the loan process but sold my loan to a horrid mortgage company HomeLoanServ be mindful and ask questions something I didn’t do. Never again will this happen with my second home purchase.

I had an excellent experience with USA mortgage, Adriana in particular. I was in the process of buying my first home so I was sure to shop around for lenders/brokers. I had close contact with around 4-5 lenders. While I assumed that most lenders were of roughly the same quality and was led to believe that certain lenders would have competitive rates, this just wasn't the case. USA mortgage consistently had some of the most reasonable rates and closing cost estimates of any company I worked with. Adriana was also the most communicative of any of them. She always answered my questions and she was the only person I met in the home-buying process that I felt comfortable working with. In fact, she saved me from having to deal with a bad lender experience in a big way. I didn't think I would meet a person in this field who legitimately has a good heart, but I stand corrected. The experience taught me that the broker/lender is the single most important entity in the home buying process. Make the right choice and your process will be a breeze.

Johnny Arguelles made my journey for purchasing a house EXTREMELY EASY! He was always available when I needed answers no matter the time and the question. ATTENTION VETERANS!!!!!!!!! Double check and triple check on your tax property exempt status. When you get a new home, the taxes are pro rated.. the taxes are sent without any explanation to what the funds are for and may be used by the bank however they want, apparently. Make sure you ask how the taxes will be paid for and always follow up..
