Trucker here. Cheap, fast, reliable and the clerk at the front desk is SUPER RESPECTFUL AND KIND! So were the technicians. I was really tired and she let me take a nap on their couch in their lobby while they worked on my truck. Can’t ask for much more than that. Definitely returning there if I ever need to. I wish them all the BEST!

I went in because my windshield was damaged and I needed a new one. Not only were they quick, but the prices were so affordable. The customer service and quality of work were outstanding. Thank you admiral glass for the new windshield, and the amazing atmosphere you have in the shop!

One star is too generous. I brought my vehicle in for a glass replacement and left with even more damage, scratched glass, damaged chrome trim, and a torn rubber seal that now leaks water.
I paid upfront and from that moment I was given the runaround. When the car was finally “ready,” I was handed my keys without anyone walking me to the vehicle. I had to call him over and point out the obvious issues myself.
When I asked for my original part, since it was in overall better shape, I was told it was too late. I believe they kept it to resell, especially after the owner, Carlos, stressed how costly BMW parts are. His excuse was that I agreed to a “used” part, but there’s a big difference between used and severely damaged. He even claimed he didn’t tell me about the condition because I didn’t ask, completely unprofessional.
To top it off, he argued with me over text, saying “tenía todo a su favor” and didn’t offer any real solutions. Based on their unprofessionalism, I wouldn’t be surprised if they argued again in response to this review. I’m now having to completely repair their work. Terrible service and attitude, do not recommend.

Great price! Great installation and quick!
BUT my car was returned back to me dirty! it even looks as if they used their foot to push open my door. There is dirt all along side both the drivers and passenger door panels. Definitely disappointed seeing my car return back to me like this
