Everytime I go I ask for Nadia, she’s always willing to help, always answers any questions or doubts I may have. I’ve had a frustrating experience with customer service here. Some employees are polite, but others come across as rude or unhelpful, which really impacts the overall experience.
Also, the pricing needs to be way more transparent. If an item is marked “on sale” for a specific amount, that price should be honored or clearly explained before checkout—especially if there’s a condition like needing to buy something else with it. Don’t wait until the register to spring that information on people. It feels misleading and wastes everyone’s time.
Please work on clearer signage and consistent customer service across all staff.

Inventory availability can be inconsistent, and communication tends to be limited when it comes to inquiries. However, the team does make efforts to keep everyone informed about promotions and upcoming educational opportunities. While the education sessions are quite frequent, they often cater primarily to Spanish speakers, which may not be as beneficial for non-bilingual stylists. It would be great to see more inclusive options for all team members in the future.
