Diego, who helped me was very knowledgeable and amazingly patient. He is still helping a day later. Very kind and compassionate representative who definitely deserves to be recognized and have all the merits. Kudos to him and hopefully he will get a raise and a promotion in the near future.

Michelle was fantastic at helping us with our upgrades and explaining everything that is covered under our plans. She greeted us right away and there was no wait at all. She was able to get us in and quickly without feeling rushed and she had a smile the whole time. Thank you!
