They turn off your car whenever they please, making you late for work even if you are just 1 day late. They turn it off if you don’t pay the full coverage insurance that you are required to have even on really old cars. I understand if it’s for the car payment but common one day late, and sometimes not even for the car payment, as a mentioned above just insurance. Don’t purchase a car on either of the automarts here in McAllen!

Horrible experience with the vehicle I bought..first week car heated up ..no help getting to their own mechanic.. which later blamed it on me..I had it for 6 months and had problems with the kill switch all the time..the motor died and some how it also was something I did..$6000 for a unreliable vehicle..just had to render the car

I took a chevy trax out of this dealership and Ivan Gonzalez helped me with the downpayment since we didnt have a car at the moment they offered to take us home. Everything was well until within 2 weeks we had take it home there was something faulty in the trax but Ivan and his team in the dealership help fix the problem haven't had a breakdown since. They are really nice and try to help. Will be definitely be going back for a second car.

Luis claims to be the owner and just now he told me that he is just the supervisor of a department. I communicate it here for people who are humble and work for their money. They don't invest in this. They gave me the car very badly. I had to buy tires, parts, for the car

Ivan is goated. Only reason I have a vehicle to this day, has worked with me through tax payments and down payments. Also the place has helped me out countless times with payment arrangements. If anything the manager of the place needs to work on patience other than that the whole team here is awesome

Was interested in buying a car but after what i heard how they mistreated my mother and they way they spoke to her I don’t think so! Don’t buy a car there especially from Ivan Gonzalez!!! He is extremely rude and very unprofessional

Had a really bad experience with Ivan the salesperson, definitely will make an effort when it comes to his benefit and making a sale, yet gets irritable when it comes otherwise. He showed me three vehicles; 2014 Jeep that was flagged by DPS, 2017 Toyota Corolla that has a rough engine start while the horn honks, and a 2016 Jeep that has a faulty locking mechanism, brake light and fog light were out and the trunk was stuck. If you want faulty vehicles then this is your place to be. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Got my down payment refunded and left. Definitely a place where they steal money from people and scam.

PLEASE PLEASE DON’T DO IT!! Had a experience recently with a truck that has transmission problems and they’re not even giving me my money back even when has warranty for two years…its even cheaper for them to give me my down back than to fix it

This is the place to get a car from when no one else in the world will approve you. We were recommended this lot because of our challenged credit but they wanted a very large down plus to front the tax title license when all of their cars have high mileage and major cosmetic issues. A couple days later we were able to walk into a dealer with way less of a down payment, a newer car with 16k miles, no cosmetic damage with a dealer warranty and TTL rolled into the payment.
