??I would not recommend this place for vet care. They want me to drop off my dog and they will keep her there in a cage until they have time to see her. Which means she could be there for hours alone. I’ve never heard of such nonsense. I read reviews and they are very bad. I want a vet dr that I can visit with and discuss my pets care. This is a very cold hearted.

I’ve had my pet with Banfield wellness plan she was born and she still acts like a puppy . The care from the vet and staff is 10/10

This is a great place to get quality care for your pet with people who care and take the time to help.

Dr did not want to continue to honor my cats for life medical prescription because she didn’t diagnose it. She didn’t believe me when I told her that he has had bladder problems his whole life. Apparently this had been a policy this whole time in over two years I never had bane field deny it. The employee even scratched out and wrote on my card they would no longer refill his prescriptions at a later date… I was hoping regular urinary tract food would help, but the pervious vet was right…. I was unable to get a diagnosis on him because those records were years old just a prescription. Now I have to take my cat to the er . Thanks for the service . What ultimately sucks is Ill probably still have to go back to this evil place eventually to get his food. I wish this office would have more sympathy and would believe pet owners when they say they know whats wrong with their pets. I bottle fed my cat. I already had these problems with him. To have this policy randomly enforced felt like a huge cash grab… they wanted to run test on him while he was still healthy and on his prescription. Which obviously would be pointless. I hope they feel good about this

We have been Banfield customers since 2002. As a long-haul truck driver, it's great that they can access my pet's records anywhere in the country.

Banfield staff was compassionate and professional in helping us say goodbye to our baby girl. They offered us as much time as we needed and were very respectful.

Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible time management. I dropped off my dog at 8:00 AM as they informed me he would be ready by noon. They called me at 1:30 telling me that they were barely going to start checking him and would be ready by 3. He didn’t get checked until 3:45 and wasn’t done until 4:15. The banfield hopes to keep them longer to charge you their $60 fee if it hits 5. They only reason they checked him on time was because I showed up and waited there. Absolutely ridiculous from staff to keep a dog caged for over 8 hours

So far so good. Best person in front desk would be Arlene. She is by far the friendliest person in that department. Always with a beautiful smile. Thank you Arlene.

Be ready to wait to pick up your furry kids. Waiting lines can be long especially in the afternoon.

I had an emergency with one of my pups, and I was calling this Banfield numerous times and placed on several holds while requesting my pup's records/information. This was all while watching my poor pup undergo an ultrasound at an emergency animal hospital, for what ended up being an inoperable tumor that she was moments later put down for. It was a tumor that could have been found earlier with routine lab work that was already included in my pup's wellness plan but not used until too late. I'm incredibly frustrated and saddened by the loss of my dog, but the lack of urgency and understanding from the staff at this Banfield location only added to the pain I felt and continue to feel.

Although my dog gets crazy anxiety during vet visits, they always take care of any concerns I have regarding my fur baby. I don't like how we aren't allowed in the rooms anymore. It would help my dog with his anxiety if I was able to be in the room with him.

Took my cat in because he was 13 and had a seizure 5 weeks prior to his visit. They would only allow drop off so he had to spend hours there. When they called for pick up they gave him a clean bill of health and told me the seizure was mostly likely due to his food. While on my way to pick him up he had another seizure in is carrier in the office. They collected my money and sent my kitty home. Once I got home and was able to get him out of his carrier he was paralyzed. He died 30mins later after being home. When I called the vet prior to his death I was told they checked him out after his seizure in the office and he was out of it. But they still choose to send him home. They never called to check up or even offer their condolences. In my opinion this was a terrible vet experience. This could have possibly been prevented if they would have allowed an office visit and not a drop off. They should have never sent him home until they were certain he was alert.

Overpriced. Make sure you read the small letters if you decide to get a contract with them. Yes they are that kind of people. Don’t believe a word they say. Make sure you read everything.

They take care of our pet. The diagnosis wasnt convinced but still our pet is feeling better so in my opinion thats why 5 stars. Now if my dog feels the same or worse then thats why wouldn't rate them that high
