I do not give a rating of 5 because it does not seem exceptional to me but I have had a good response time, always attentive staff. We use it at my work and so far without any problems. Super friendly online banking. There are no long waiting times or maybe I have been lucky with the schedules. In general so far we have had good service personally and professionally.

I was sent from drive thru to lobby at 12:58Teller let me know lobby would unlock the door as they were expecting me. I stood there for 20 minutes until teller came out to tell me they were closed. I let her know drive thru made them aware I was coming overShe told me should would get manager, I waiting there another 5 minutes and no one came to assist

If your parents bank here BEWARE! My mother in law had over $20k in a CD for over a decade with a very SUSPICIOUS interest gained. I’m highly considering opening an investigation. We moved her money to a more credible institution.

By far the WORST bank, please do not use BBVA. I have been banking here for 8 months and have yet to receive a debit card despite having had SIX DIFFERENT customer service representatives (3 from this location) telling me it’s been reordered or it’s on its way (I have waited at least 3 weeks each time before calling although they said 5-7 business days) I have never been the type of person to be so upset at a situation like this as I work in customer service and I know things happen but EIGHT MONTHS?? no. no excuses.

Horrible bank, they charge you with crazy fees and don't try to help you at all even during a pandemic. Sorry my account didn't have funds bc you guys took money from my account when my card should've just declined. I literally put money back into the account an hour later and I spoke with a banker about it and they didn't want to help. They just said, we have fees. I'm just saying, they treat you like a number and not a person, even on your first minor offense. Terrible bank. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I aish i could give this bank a 0 because thats what they deserve. Their atm drive thru takes an hour with each client. Now with the whole covid 19 they take forever to send you paperwork and to make it worse alot of bank have open their branches already but these idiots have not. This bank sucks

Horrible customer service. I opened an ROTH IRA with them years ago and called got transferred 3 times just to update my contact address. I will be rolling from IRA to someone else. BBVA BANK SUCKS!

I was ignored when I walked in. The rep at his desk did not acknowledge me. Suddenly another customer walked in and he was acknowledged before I was. I had to wait double the time I would have waited at Bank of America to open a new account.
