I had a great experience with Bert Ogden Auto Group. I purchased a 2023 BMW X5. I love the vehicle, but most importantly, the buying process was so easy and so smooth. All the praise goes to my salesman, Sergio Gonzalez Mercad. He was so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to close the deal. He then drove the car over three hours to make delivery. I can’t say enough great things about him and my experience with this dealership.

Bert Ogden BMW takes great care of its customers and our vehicles. The buying process was made so easy by their staff. JJ from sales made the experience quick and simple. He searched the inventory for all cars that fit what I was looking for. Bert and the staff from service have always provided quick assistance when needed. Service was such an easy process with Olivia . I dropped off my vehicle for a diagnostic check due to an alert message on my panel. I walked in with no appointment, left to work on a shuttle and my vehicle was done and ready on the next day. Shuttle driver was extremely nice and cautious. Thank you!

I had such an amazing experience at BMW of McAllen thanks to Diego Moreno. He was very efficient and found me exactly what I wanted. He also had everything ready for me when I arrived. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The sales and finance department had a smile the entire time and were very friendly.

I am so glad i drove down from Corpus Christi to purchase my BMW X5, at Bert Ogden BMW. Jesse Trejo was helpful, HONEST, and hard working!!! I’m so disappointed that I couldn’t buy one locally due to them not budging on price or my trade in. I saved myself 8k dollars!!!! On the 2 hour drive down to McAllen , I researched the dealer history and was pleasantly surprised to hear about the family dedication to supporting the local University sector. I am pleased with my car, price, and overall experience. This dealership is a class act and they have earned my loyalty ! Can’t wait to see what I buy from them next

I scheduled a service call with no problem at all. They were friendly and very helpful at the time I dropped off. Once they evaluated the problem they called and let me know the details.Frank my advisor was awesome when it came to coverage by warranty.I now have my AC working beautifully.All the staff at the service department was fantastic. Anna always to care of my needs professionally and with a smile. Great service overall. Thank you BMW in McAllen! ❤️

This dealership rocks! Frank my advisor was outstanding. Ray the manager of the service department went out of his way to make sure my car was ready because my daughter had to back to college. Even the shop foreman Julio Guerrero invited me to look over the computer diagnostics to help me fully understand what was going on with the BMW. Even on Saturday Olivia who was not even my advisor made sure I was FULLY satisfied with my car worked while eating on the job. These folks at Bert Ogden Mcallen BMW go above and beyond to get my BMW back to me in a timely manner. Oh and the loaner was a brand new BMW as well. (Smart move!) They deserve A MILLION stars! And of course Adrian B is ALWAYS helpful to my family and I. I was bragging to a friend and my friend bought a car from Bert Ogden that same day! True Story!

I would have left a 5 star review but the wait was longer than expected and I was almost over charged. If it wasn’t because another technician took over since the one assigned to me left and my vehicle was already ready for awhile. She gave me excellent service and corrected the error. My vehicle was marked an incorrect series and was going to be charged double. I’ve never had issues before. I want to thank that employee who helped me in the end believe her name was Ana.

After an oil change and a perfectly working vehicle before service 2 years ago and over $10,000+ in misdiagnosed and unnecessary repairs 3x, I've had nothing but stress and disappointment from their service dept. My X3 has been in the shop more than it's been home.As a business owner, I know the importance of follow-up calls when the customer is told someone will be calling them back. I'd rather not be told they'll call back if they don't plan to do such.If there was a negative 5 star rating, that is exactly what I would give them.
