Best customer service hands down compared to other mechanic shops uve dealt with. They live up to their name Best Auto Service. This is where im taking all my vehicles for any work/maintenance that needs to be done. Pricing is fair and they offer financing through a 3rd party. Just a couple of mishaps due to numerous testing involved bringing the car back and forth. Customer service is still top notch nonetheless.

First time visiting this establishment and had a great experience. My vehicle needed an oil change and tire pressure check. There was also a rattling noise from the previous day. Well, it turns out that there is a possum nesting under the hood. Besides being a first for me, I am grateful that they were able to resolve the issue. The wait was enjoyable and I will definitely return in the future. For the services I requested, it is not only recommended, but it is also reasonably priced. Thank you Eli Peña.

Great Service! Even the owner respectfully ask if I needed a ride to my destination. They kept me up to date with the repairs and had it done by the end of business day. I highly recommend. ??

I'm not convinced, I did the oil change and after 4 hours it occurred to me to check the oil and it's missing. They charged me 5 quarts and in the cockpit it doesn't reach the second measurement that indicates that it is at the level.So what would happen there???

Saw the engine light in my car a month ago and took it to another repair shop. They told me that I would need my engine cylinder head replaced and quoted over $1000. I came here to get a second opinion (didn’t mention the other shops advice) and Best Auto ran a diagnostic. Turns out, I didn’t need a cylinder replacement and they only changed me $200 for the repair. A month later, and my car is still fine. Really appreciate the honesty these guys have in their line of work.

This is the place to go for great pricing and awesome work. They helped install rotors & pads, not only that but they noticed my brake fluid needed a flush. Walked me through the issue and after driving my braking was way smoother.
