The service in the morning at the front desk is terrible and not at all helpful, as is the house keeping service, it took 5 more minutes to check out and the person in charge of cleaning the room practically entered the room to hurry me up.
The rooms are good with quite comfortable and clean beds. The pool is very clean and with good space. Cleanliness in general is good, just the staff is not the best.

For a couple of days it is super good, they clean the room every day, there is a pool for children, the hotel service is very pleasant from the reception to the staff in general. I gave 4 stars for the lack of variety in terms of the breakfasts included, while I was there there were only eggs, waffles, oatmeal, fruits (a few whole ones) and mini yogurts

The truth is that it is a super clean hotel.
The American breakfast is ideal for eating very quickly and going shopping

Unfriendly Receptionist
Food & drinks: The breakfast was very, very austere, nothing like before, they no longer put complimentary water in the room
